Veg-o-mix peppered Chicken flavor
Juice of half a citrus
Red chili powder
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Salt
Coconut milk
Mix all of these, and let marinate for half an hour.
Step 2 : Preparation
While the veg-o-mix chicken flavor is marinated : Cut the onion, the tomato in small cube. Cut the ginger and the garlic as fine as possible.
Step 3 : Cooking
When the veg-o-mix chicken flavor is finished to marinate, stir-fry it in a pan, add vegan butter (or oil) and cook it. The product is precooked, so it is only about heat it up and infuse the marinade flavors even more.
Step 4 : Masala
When the veg-o-mix chicken flavor is ready, put the content of the pan in a other plate, and reuse the pan, without cleaning it, for the rest of the recipe.
Add more butter in the pan (if needed) and add in it the garlic and the ginger. You can also add Hing, but it is optional. When the garlic start to change color, add the chopped onion and the chopped greens chilis in the pan.
Add the spices :
Red Chili powder

Mix everything, when the onion start to get transparent, add the diced tomato, and let cook 5 to 10 minutes, while mixing it once in a while. Add more butter (optional), and a little bit of coconut milk. The quantity depend pretty much of the color of the masala. Let cook 2-3 minutes more while mixing.
At this step, you can add the veg-o-mix chicken flavor in the mix and cook a little bit longer to let the Masala win in thickness, It is the fastest way, but not the better one. You can pass to the step #5 to bring your plate to an other level!
Step 5 (Optional) :
Take the Masala and blend it for the smootest result. Pass the content in a sieve the take out the pieces that don't blend. Put back the sauce in the pan, and THEN add the veg-o-mix chicken flavor, let cook a little bit longer to win in thickness.

If you use the Veg-o-Mix three spices chicken flavor, don't use the Ginger.
If you use the Veg-o-mix Lemon chicken flavor, don't use the half-citrus in the marinade.
